Problem:

Haven House came to BuzzMeter with no online social media presence. BuzzMeter had to build from the ground up starting from creating Haven House a Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Google + page and took into use other online social media outlets, as well as creating new and innovative content relating to Haven House upon these social media applications.

Method:

Increased Twitter and Facebook following, Newsletter send-outs,Created daily content and postings for each and every social media application.

Result:

•With BuzzMeter helping Haven House out with SEO, BuzzMeter’s results drove the Haven House website to the top of search engines, with keywords such as “sober living”, “Haven House”, “sober living in Los Angeles”, and many more.

•Haven House’s Facebook following increased from 0-800 likes within a 2-3 month period.

•A Twitter following rose upon re-tweets, and following similar taste makers from 0-over 1,200 followers.

•New daily content increased Haven House’s social engagement 90% allowing multiple fans to comment and re-act to the content.

Newsletters being sent out created new “buzz” for Haven House and increased their social exposure with the newsletter response rate being almost 100%.
